About Legal Cyber Academy

Law and technology, made clear — for the people who carry the risk.

Legal Cyber Academy exists to close the fluency gap where law meets technology — so the lawyers, executives, and advisors accountable for digital risk are actually equipped to govern it.

The problem we solve

Technology now sits at the center of nearly every legal and business decision — cybersecurity and privacy, eDiscovery and digital evidence, blockchain and crypto, fintech and securities. Lawyers, boards, executives, and their insurance advisors are accountable for these issues — to regulators, investors, and clients — yet most were never trained to understand them. The result is a dangerous asymmetry: technical teams speak one language, decision-makers speak another, and the gap is exploited by attackers, litigators, and regulators alike. Legal Cyber Academy closes that gap in plain English, without assuming a technical background.

Our approach

Every course is built by practitioners, not textbook authors — people who have investigated breaches, run eDiscovery, advised boards, litigated technology cases, structured token deals, and priced cyber-insurance risk. Nearly every course ends with a graded assessment, and passing it earns a verifiable Certificate of Completion that documents what you studied and how long it took.

About continuing education

Legal Cyber Academy is not an accredited continuing-education provider, and its courses are not pre-approved for CLE, CE, CME, or CPE credit. What we provide is the paperwork: a Certificate of Completion and a Continuing Education Information Sheet recording instructional time, learning objectives, faculty, and a timed agenda — the records most boards ask for when a learner self-submits an activity. Whether credit is granted, and how much, is decided solely by your licensing board. More in the FAQ.

Legal Cyber Academy is produced by Lexeprint Inc. Its courses draw on practitioners who work at the intersection of law, technology, and security every day.
