These terms govern your use of Legal Cyber Academy, operated by Lexeprint Inc.. By creating an account or purchasing a course you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Courses are pre-recorded, on-demand training. A single-course purchase gives the purchasing account indefinite access to that course’s materials for as long as the course remains available on the site. An All-Access subscription gives access to the full published library for the duration of the subscription.
Some courses include a final assessment. Where one exists, passing it produces a Certificate of Completion with a verification code. Courses without an assessment do not issue a certificate.
If a course isn't what you needed, email info@lawandforensics.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
To request a refund within the 14-day window, email info@lawandforensics.com from the address on the account. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account page, which opens our payment provider’s billing portal.
Legal Cyber Academy is not an accredited continuing-education provider, and its courses are not pre-approved for CLE, CE, CME, or CPE credit. Each course provides a graded assessment, a verifiable Certificate of Completion, and a Continuing Education Information Sheet documenting instructional time, learning objectives, faculty, and a timed agenda — the records most licensing bodies require when a learner applies for self-submitted or self-study credit. Whether credit is granted, and how much, is determined solely by your licensing board. Confirm your board's rules before claiming credit.
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and completing a course does not create an attorney-client relationship with Lexeprint Inc. or with any instructor.
Accounts are personal to one individual. Sharing credentials, or using one account to provide access to several people, is not permitted — organisations needing multiple seats should contact us about group licensing. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
Course videos, written materials, assessments, and certificates remain the property of Lexeprint Inc. or the respective instructor. You may use them for your own professional development. You may not download, redistribute, republish, resell, or use them to train a machine-learning model without written permission.
The catalogue changes over time: courses may be added, updated, retired, or withdrawn. Where a course you have purchased is withdrawn, we will give reasonable notice so you can complete it or request a refund. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
The training is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexeprint Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the materials, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
