Daniel B. Garrie is the founder and executive managing partner of Law & Forensics LLC, a boutique cybersecurity and forensic engineering firm he co-founded in 2008. He serves as a neutral, arbitrator, and forensic special master at JAMS, focusing on cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, and complex technology disputes, and holds faculty appointments at Harvard and Rutgers Law School. A patented software inventor and prolific author, he is editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law & Cyber Warfare and a widely cited authority on computer forensics, eDiscovery, and cyber litigation.

Jennifer Hoekstra

Jennifer Hoekstra is a partner at Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz, where she handles defective drug and medical device cases and mass tort litigation. She has been involved in complex litigation of all forms since 2007, and her expertise lies in electronically stored information and coordinating discovery across multiple-defendant litigations. She serves on the plaintiffs' executive committees for the Hair Relaxer (MDL 3060) and Proton-Pump Inhibitor (MDL 2789) multidistrict litigations, was trial counsel or an integral member of the trial team in all sixteen 3M earplug trials in 2021 and 2022, and her current dockets include Tylenol/acetaminophen, chemical hair relaxers, and Depo-Provera. Hoekstra holds a B.A. in environmental science from Columbia University and a J.D. from Tulane Law School, and is admitted in Louisiana as well as the Fifth and Eighth Circuits. At Legal Cyber Academy, Jennifer Hoekstra teaches on authenticating social media posts as evidence.

Mariana Aroditis, whose California bar record reads Mariana Aroditis McConnell, is Senior Litigation Counsel at The Lanier Law Firm, handling personal injury, product liability and business litigation. She served as co-lead and liaison counsel in JCCP 5255, the social media addiction proceeding in which a Los Angeles County jury found Meta and YouTube liable in March 2026 and returned a six million dollar verdict, and she continues to work on that docket. She was previously with Kiesel Law LLP, which described her as co-lead counsel on that trial, and has served as liaison counsel in the SoCalGas Porter Ranch leak litigation and as co-lead counsel managing settlements resolving thousands of JUUL Labs claims. She earned her J.D. cum laude from Southwestern Law School and a B.A. from Pepperdine University, and is admitted in California and Texas. At Legal Cyber Academy she teaches on authenticating social media evidence.
