Daniel B. Garrie is the founder and executive managing partner of Law & Forensics LLC, a boutique cybersecurity and forensic engineering firm he co-founded in 2008. He serves as a neutral, arbitrator, and forensic special master at JAMS, focusing on cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, and complex technology disputes, and holds faculty appointments at Harvard and Rutgers Law School. A patented software inventor and prolific author, he is editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law & Cyber Warfare and a widely cited authority on computer forensics, eDiscovery, and cyber litigation.

Daniel J. Nichols is a litigator and trial lawyer at JurisLaw LLP, where he leads the firm's eDiscovery practice. He serves as discovery counsel in class actions brought by consumers, including customers of large corporations and victims of Ponzi schemes, alongside a mold injury and class action litigation practice, and is a former partner of the eDiscovery firm Redgrave LLP. He has taught civil discovery at Lewis & Clark Law School for nine years, previously chaired Oregon's Uniform Civil Jury Instruction committee, and serves on the Oregon Advisory Committee on Civil Justice. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. At Legal Cyber Academy he teaches on artificial intelligence in eDiscovery and on mediating to reduce e-discovery costs.

Patricia E. Antezana is counsel at Reed Smith LLP in Pittsburgh, working in the firm's litigation and e-discovery practices. Jonathan M. Redgrave is a partner at Redgrave LLP and chairs the firm's executive committee. His practice covers eDiscovery and information law, information governance, data privacy and cybersecurity; he serves as discovery counsel for Fortune 100 companies in complex litigation, as a testifying expert in eDiscovery disputes over preservation, collection and production, and as a special master and discovery neutral.
