  Yoav M. Griver is a partner in the litigation group at Zeichner Ellman & Krause LLP, where his practice covers commercial and financial litigation, copyright and intellectual property litigation, and e-discovery and cybersecurity. He defended Hitachi America in what his firm describes as the longest customs fraud trial in the history of the Court of International Trade, and MasterCard against multidistrict class claims that it was responsible under RICO for internet gambling. Earlier he was litigation counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and prosecuted banking conspiracy, stock fraud and other cases for Israel's Ministry of Justice. He is an adjunct professor at NYU teaching sports law, a co-editor and author of the treatise Dispute Resolution and e-Discovery, and an Order of the Coif graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. At Legal Cyber Academy he teaches on phishing, trade secret disputes and ADR, and current eDiscovery practice.

  A.J. de Bartolomeo is a shareholder and partner at Tadler Law LLP and, since July 2025, of counsel at Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP. She has thirty years of experience prosecuting class actions and complex and collective matters, and has been appointed by courts as lead or co-lead counsel, or as a plaintiffs' steering committee member, in numerous MDL class action, mass tort and bankruptcy proceedings. Her practice includes electronic discovery, ESI protocols and preservation, an area in which Chambers and Partners has ranked her Band 1 in e-Discovery and Information Governance (2023-2025). She holds a J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law (1988) and is admitted in California and before the U.S. Supreme Court.   Todd Campbell is an attorney at Neblett, Beard & Arsenault in Alexandria, Louisiana, which he joined in 2007. His practice focuses on complex litigation and class actions, including mass tort matters such as Actos, metal-on-metal hip implants and Remington firearms, along with personal injury and toxic torts.   Many U.S. jurisdictions let an attorney apply for CLE credit for a non-accredited program (often called individual attorney or self-application). Use this certificate plus the course Information Sheet as your supporting documentation. Your state bar or CLE board decides whether credit is granted, how much, and any self-study cap.
