His background spans financial services regulation, cryptocurrency, digital assets, blockchain, and cloud, including service as a lead regulator at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and as CISO and Global Partner of IBM's Cloud Security Service unit. He teaches as adjunct faculty at Harvard and Rutgers Law School and is a faculty member at the non-profit Global Cyber Institute.
