His work spans privacy and data protection regimes including GLBA, GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA, HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA, with extensive experience representing financial institutions and FinTechs. He began his career in law and technology in Northern Ireland and has practiced law in New York for over a decade. He is accredited by the IAPP as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
