About

Eric Rosen is a founding partner of Dynamis LLP, working from the firm's Boston and New York offices. He handles white collar criminal defense, corporate investigations, and complex civil litigation, with particular experience in money laundering, market manipulation, securities fraud and cryptocurrency matters. He spent nearly nine years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Boston and Pittsburgh and three years as an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan; as a federal prosecutor he was the lead prosecutor in the Operation Varsity Blues college admissions case. He clerked for Judge Robert P. Patterson, Jr. of the Southern District of New York, holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. cum laude from Harvard College, and is ranked in Chambers USA. At Legal Cyber Academy he teaches on SEC cryptocurrency enforcement.
