Gail Gottehrer was listed as VP, Global Litigation, Labor & Employment Law, and Government Relations at Fresh Del Monte when she spoke at the Global IP ConfEx in New York in October 2024. Before moving in-house she founded the Law Office of Gail Gottehrer LLC in Stamford, Connecticut, focusing on emerging technologies including autonomous vehicles, AI, biometrics, robots and facial recognition technology, and the privacy, security and ethical issues raised by the data those technologies collect and use. She has been described as one of the few defense lawyers to have been involved in the trial of a class action to verdict before a jury. She has served on the New York State Bar Association's Task Force on Autonomous Vehicles and the Law and on Connecticut's Task Force to Study Fully Autonomous Vehicles. At Legal Cyber Academy, Gail Gottehrer teaches on responding to cyber threats.
