The Honorable James Ware (Ret.) is a JAMS neutral who joined the organization after 16 years as a civil litigator and 24 years on the bench. He served on the Superior Court of California in Santa Clara County before becoming a United States District Judge for the Northern District of California, where he ultimately served as Chief Judge.
