About

Michael S. Wampold is an attorney at Peterson Wampold Rosato Feldman Luna in Seattle. His practice covers medical malpractice, civil rights, construction accidents, insurance bad faith, personal injury and appellate work, and he was lead counsel on the largest verdict in Washington State history to date. He holds a B.A. magna cum laude from Yale University and a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, and has been named Washington State Association for Justice Trial Lawyer of the Year. He has been a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers since 2014, is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and is chairman of the board of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund. At Legal Cyber Academy he teaches on digital forensics and the use of forensic neutrals.
