Dan Queen (Daniel D. Queen) is a partner in Mayer Brown's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, based in the firm's Los Angeles and New York offices. His civil litigation work concentrates on consumer class action defense and commercial litigation, defending manufacturing, technology and financial services clients on claims including consumer protection and deception actions, internet privacy and cybersecurity disputes, and intellectual property matters. He also advises clients on California legal and regulatory requirements including Proposition 65 and the California Environmental Quality Act. Queen holds a BA from the College of William & Mary and a JD/LLM from Duke University School of Law, is admitted in California and New York, and maintains an active pro bono practice focused on personal and family rights within historically marginalized groups.
