He serves as a neutral, arbitrator, and forensic special master at JAMS, focusing on cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, and complex technology disputes, and holds faculty appointments at Harvard and Rutgers Law School. A patented software inventor and prolific author, he is editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law & Cyber Warfare and a widely cited authority on computer forensics, eDiscovery, and cyber litigation.

Steven Chabinsky

Steven Chabinsky is the founder of Cyversant LLC, a cybersecurity risk management firm whose engagements are interactive sessions tailored for boards, C-suites and workforces. He has spent more than twenty years in the cybersecurity field, most recently as global chair of the data privacy and cybersecurity practice at the international law firm White & Case LLP. He served by presidential appointment as a commissioner on the Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity, and was the first general counsel and chief risk officer at CrowdStrike. Earlier he served for over 15 years with the FBI, including as deputy of its Cyber Division, and has received numerous awards including the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal. He has testified before the United States House and Senate on multiple occasions and developed and taught a graduate-level course on cybersecurity law and policy at George Washington University. At Legal Cyber Academy, Steven Chabinsky teaches on cybersecurity executive orders and national cyber strategy.

Dan Queen (Daniel D. Queen) is a partner in Mayer Brown's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, based in the firm's Los Angeles and New York offices. His civil litigation work concentrates on consumer class action defense and commercial litigation, defending manufacturing, technology and financial services clients on claims including consumer protection and deception actions, internet privacy and cybersecurity disputes, and intellectual property matters. He also advises clients on California legal and regulatory requirements including Proposition 65 and the California Environmental Quality Act. Queen holds a BA from the College of William & Mary and a JD/LLM from Duke University School of Law, is admitted in California and New York, and maintains an active pro bono practice focused on personal and family rights within historically marginalized groups. Cory Simpson is the founder and CEO of Gray Space Strategies, Inc., a professional services and strategic advisory firm based in Washington, D.C. He has over twenty years of experience across government, the military and the private sector, assisting clients in navigating the U.S. government, emerging technology markets, the cybersecurity ecosystem and national security. Before founding Gray Space Strategies he was a managing director at Ankura and an executive vice president at Resolute Strategic Services. He served on active duty in the Army Judge Advocate General's Corps from 2004 to 2016, spending most of that career as a general counsel in the special operations and airborne communities, a prosecutor and a national security law advisor, and he continues to serve in the Army Reserve as a legal advisor to the U.S. Army Cyber Command. He is a senior advisor to the Cyberspace Solarium Commission (CSC 2.0) and an adjunct senior fellow with the Technology and National Security Program at the Center for a New American Security. At Legal Cyber Academy, Cory Simpson teaches on cybersecurity executive orders and ransomware risk.
