Donovan M. McKendrick is a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California, appearing for the United States in cryptocurrency seizure and civil asset forfeiture matters and in cyber-enabled criminal cases. His filings include forfeiture actions over approximately $23.6 million in assorted cryptocurrencies and over 782,000 Tether, and a seizure warrant application covering 41 domain names. He has also served as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. At Legal Cyber Academy, Donovan McKendrick teaches on board cyber readiness.
