Jenny Cieplak is a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York, practising across the firm's fintech, financial regulatory, digital assets and emerging companies groups. She advises financial institutions, bank consortiums, fintech companies and emerging companies on the regulatory and transactional issues raised by new technologies, including cryptocurrency, blockchain, token launches and artificial intelligence, and on technology joint ventures, product development, IPOs and M&A. She is a Global Ambassador for the Global Blockchain Business Council and is recognised in Chambers FinTech. She holds a J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.M. magna cum laude in violin performance from the Catholic University of America. At Legal Cyber Academy she teaches on AI and its ethical challenges.
