Tarique Collins is Chief Legal Officer at Click Therapeutics, Inc. He brings more than 18 years of strategic legal leadership across the healthcare, technology and biotech sectors, working on risk management and regulatory compliance under frameworks including HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and has overseen collaboration, investment and financing deals exceeding $800 million. He holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from Benedict College, along with a certificate in business and public policy from the Wharton School and an executive education certificate in cybersecurity from the Harvard Kennedy School, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). At Legal Cyber Academy he teaches on FTC privacy and data surveillance oversight and the CCPA.
