Joshua Gold is a shareholder in Anderson Kill's New York office, where he chairs the firm's Cyber Insurance Recovery Group and co-chairs its Marine Cargo Insurance Group. He represents corporate policyholders in insurance coverage disputes and international arbitrations involving data security, directors and officers, business income and property, commercial crime, and admiralty, cargo and marine insurance, and the firm reports recoveries for his clients well in excess of $1.5 billion. He co-authored Cyber Insurance Claims, Case Law, and Risk Management (Practising Law Institute, 2022) with Daniel J. Healy, writes a regular column in Risk Management Magazine, and is an adjunct professor of insurance law at Brooklyn Law School. At Legal Cyber Academy he teaches on assessing risk under a cyber insurance policy.
