The speakers then define the different types of cyber insurance, highlighting the distinctions between first- and third-party insurance, as well as discussing the stand-alone policies in contrast to cyber risk ‘endorsements.’ Our speakers conclude by breaking down the key factors considered in assessing risk for cyber underwriting and providing key points when considering and advising on cyber insurance.
