Mary DePaolo Haddad is a shareholder in the Seattle office of Klinedinst PC, practicing professional liability defense with an emphasis on legal malpractice, along with employment litigation, general liability claims, wage and hour and discrimination class actions, and discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation matters. She works within the firm's legal ethics and law firm risk management practice and has substantial trial and courtroom experience, having first-chaired jury trials and complex arbitrations, and is trained to prepare cases digitally using modern courtroom technology. She earned her J.D. at Gonzaga University School of Law and her B.A. at Seattle University, and has been an active member of the Washington bar since 20 November 2000.
