About

Nick Rotchadl served as General Counsel of the Wyoming Division of Banking, the state agency at the center of Wyoming's digital asset banking framework. The Division charters special purpose depository institutions and supervises digital asset custody, making it one of the first U.S. banking regulators to build a supervisory regime for cryptocurrency, and his work there included identifying the areas where the Division was required to write rules. At Legal Cyber Academy he teaches in the crypto and blockchain series on the technology and the regulatory challenges it presents.
