He serves as a neutral, arbitrator, and forensic special master at JAMS, focusing on cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, and complex technology disputes, and holds faculty appointments at Harvard and Rutgers Law School. A patented software inventor and prolific author, he is editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law & Cyber Warfare and a widely cited authority on computer forensics, eDiscovery, and cyber litigation.

Tarique Collins is Chief Legal Officer at Click Therapeutics, Inc. He brings more than 18 years of strategic legal leadership across the healthcare, technology and biotech sectors, working on risk management and regulatory compliance under frameworks including HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and has overseen collaboration, investment and financing deals exceeding $800 million. He holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from Benedict College, along with a certificate in business and public policy from the Wharton School and an executive education certificate in cybersecurity from the Harvard Kennedy School, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). At Legal Cyber Academy he teaches on FTC privacy and data surveillance oversight and the CCPA.

Her work covers financial institution licensing, lending and payments regulation and consumer protection law, including the Bank Holding Company Act and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, alongside privacy and cybersecurity compliance under GDPR and the CCPA. She holds a J.D. and an LL.M. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, an M.A. from Doane University and a B.S. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and is admitted in Kansas and Missouri. At Legal Cyber Academy she teaches on the California Consumer Privacy Act and its year in review.
