The archive is still the most accessible audio introduction to how lawyers and forensic examiners actually work together: scoping a forensic engagement, what to ask for in a preservation demand, and where ediscovery and forensics diverge. Use it for framing, not for current law or current tooling.
What it does not cover
Nothing published since late 2023, so no coverage of recent amendments, recent case law or current tools; it was always aimed at lawyers rather than examiners, so technical depth is shallow throughout.
