The facts

Cost
Not published. Cellebrite routes pricing enquiries through its sales and community portal rather than listing course or certification prices publicly, so we cannot state a figure — ask Cellebrite for a written quote.Figure read 2026-09-12 from cellebrite.com/en/training
Prerequisites
CCO is recommended, not strictly required, before CCPA. Cellebrite notes the two may be taken individually in limited scenarios but strongly recommends the bundled path.
Format
CCO Inseyets is a two-day, 14-hour intermediate course; CCPA Inseyets is a three-day, 21-hour advanced course. Both are available in person, virtually or self-paced, and both are assessed by a knowledge test plus a hands-on practical skills assessment at 80%.
Length
Two days for CCO, three days for CCPA.
Renewal
Every two years. CCO and CCPA recertification is a self-paced half-day (about four hours) with a knowledge test and practical at 80%.
Accreditation
No accreditation body is named on Cellebrite's training pages.
Who it suits
A mobile examiner whose organisation has already bought Cellebrite and needs demonstrable, current competence on it.
Audience
Law enforcement & investigators · Working practitioners

Strengths

  • If your lab runs Cellebrite, this is the fastest route to competent, defensible output from the tool you actually have.
  • Both credentials include a hands-on practical assessment, not a knowledge test alone.
  • A two-year renewal cycle is short, which suits mobile extraction — a field where capability changes with every handset and OS release.
  • Very widely held among law-enforcement mobile examiners, so it is understood by the people who review the work.

Limitations

  • Cost is not published anywhere public, which makes honest comparison shopping impossible and is a real mark against it in a directory like this one.
  • Entirely tool-specific. It validates Cellebrite software proficiency, not mobile-forensics method, and a cross-examiner who knows the difference will use it.
  • No accreditation body is named.
  • The two-year renewal is a recurring cost and time commitment tied to one vendor's product roadmap.
