5. Cyber Insurance Ransomware
2020 and COVID19 showed law firms the importance of ensuring that their firms and businesses have adequate cyber insurance. As the pandemic continues, both State and Federal Departments have issued guidance and frameworks to assist businesses in underwriting their claims and related practices on cyber risks and the impact that companies can face if they succumb to paying ransomware.
