Daniel B. Garrie is the founder and executive managing partner of Law & Forensics LLC, a boutique cybersecurity and forensic engineering firm he co-founded in 2008. He serves as a neutral, arbitrator, and forensic special master at JAMS, focusing on cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, and complex technology disputes, and holds faculty appointments at Harvard and Rutgers Law School. A patented software inventor and prolific author, he is editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law & Cyber Warfare and a widely cited authority on computer forensics, eDiscovery, and cyber litigation.

Dan Regard is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of iDiscovery Solutions, Inc. (iDS), a professional services consulting firm founded in 2008 that specializes in digital forensics, e-discovery, structured data, cybersecurity, data privacy and information governance. An electronic discovery and computer science consultant with 25 years' experience advising legal and corporate entities, and a programmer and attorney by training, he has conducted system investigations and managed discovery on more than a thousand matters. He previously served as national director of e-discovery at LECG, national director of electronic evidence and consulting at FTI Consulting and an electronic discovery and data analytics team leader at Deloitte & Touche. He holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Tulane University, and is one of the original founders of the E-Discovery Institute. At Legal Cyber Academy he teaches on the role of artificial intelligence in eDiscovery.

He is a co-author, with Richard M. Gelb, of Massachusetts E-Discovery and Evidence, published by MCLE (Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education). He holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School (2003), an M.B.A. in finance from Boston College's Carroll Graduate School of Management (2003), and a B.A. from Tufts University (1999). He is admitted in Massachusetts (2004) and New York (2011) and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. At Legal Cyber Academy, Daniel K. Gelb teaches on eDiscovery and the role of artificial intelligence in litigation.
