Dan Regard is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of iDiscovery Solutions, Inc. (iDS), a professional services consulting firm founded in 2008 that specializes in digital forensics, e-discovery, structured data, cybersecurity, data privacy and information governance. An electronic discovery and computer science consultant with 25 years' experience advising legal and corporate entities, and a programmer and attorney by training, he has conducted system investigations and managed discovery on more than a thousand matters. He previously served as national director of e-discovery at LECG, national director of electronic evidence and consulting at FTI Consulting and an electronic discovery and data analytics team leader at Deloitte & Touche. He holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Tulane University, and is one of the original founders of the E-Discovery Institute. At Legal Cyber Academy he teaches on the role of artificial intelligence in eDiscovery.
