Daniel K. Gelb is a partner at Gelb & Gelb LLP in Boston, practicing in white collar and general criminal defense, business and securities litigation, and professional licensing matters. He is a co-author, with Richard M. Gelb, of Massachusetts E-Discovery and Evidence, published by MCLE (Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education). He holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School (2003), an M.B.A. in finance from Boston College's Carroll Graduate School of Management (2003), and a B.A. from Tufts University (1999). He is admitted in Massachusetts (2004) and New York (2011) and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. At Legal Cyber Academy, Daniel K. Gelb teaches on eDiscovery and the role of artificial intelligence in litigation.
