About

Jonathan M. Redgrave is a partner at Redgrave LLP and chairs the firm's executive committee. His practice covers eDiscovery and information law, information governance, data privacy and cybersecurity; he serves as discovery counsel for Fortune 100 companies in complex litigation, as a testifying expert in eDiscovery disputes over preservation, collection and production, and as a special master and discovery neutral. He helped conceive and found The Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production in 2002, chaired it for its first five years and is now its chair emeritus, and is editor-in-chief of The Sedona Principles. He holds a J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and sits on the boards of Lawyers for Civil Justice and the Academy of Court Appointed Neutrals. At Legal Cyber Academy, Jonathan Redgrave teaches on artificial intelligence and the future of eDiscovery.
